Our Staff

Megan is a graduate of Ball State University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She completed her “Fourth Year Externship” with Ohio ENT and following that was extended a position as an audiologist here in 2023. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. When not working, Megan enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time outside.

Dana received her Undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, her master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and she received her Doctorate from the University of Florida. Dana has been practicing Audiology for over 25 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech and Hearing Association. Dana feels the best part her career has been witnessing the evolution of hearing aids from simplistic analog hearing aids to fully digital hearing aids with AI assistance. When not working, Dana enjoys traveling, stand up paddleboarding and time with friends and family.

A graduate of Ohio University and The Ohio State University, Amber has been practicing audiology for over 20 years. She sits on the Phonak Advisory Panel and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, stand up paddleboarding, reading, cooking, and taking her dogs for a walk.

Graduating from the University of Central Florida and the University of South Florida, Nichole relocated from Florida to Ohio for her fourth-year externship with Ohio ENT, where she was then hired on as an audiologist in 2023. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. When out of the office, Nichole enjoys traveling, running, gardening, and playing with her cats.  

Graduated in 2008 from Northeast Ohio AuD Consortium (AuD) and Ohio University (BS) in 2004, Dr. Gigliotti has been with the practice since 2013. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She values her relationship with patients and puts their needs as a high priority in her care. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog, traveling, and being active outdoors.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and a Doctor of Audiology degree, both from The Ohio State University. Anne has worked for Hearing Health Solutions since 2010 and provides Audiology services on a weekly basis to local retirement communities. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Ohio Academy of Audiology and enjoys working with hearing aids and patients suffering from tinnitus.  Anne enjoys exercise, gardening, and spending time with her family and pets.

Emma completed her undergraduate degree at Ohio University and clinical doctorate at the University of Cincinnati.  She completed her “Fourth Year Externship” with Ohio ENT and was hired on as an audiologist in 2024.  She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Outside of the office Emma enjoys spending her free time with her family and dog, traveling, and reading.

In her rare free time, she enjoys trying new Columbus restaurants, visiting metro parks, reading and cooking.

Sarah completed her undergraduate at Kent State University and graduate degree at Ohio University. She completed her “Fourth Year Externship” with Ohio ENT and was hired on as an audiologist in 2024. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Outside of the office Sarah likes to spend time with her friends and family, reading, being outdoors, exploring new places, and working-out.

Colleen completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at The Ohio State University. She completed her fourth-year externship prior to graduating at the Columbus VA Medical Center. She then began working at Ohio ENT in 2022. Colleen is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and boating on Lake Erie in the summer months.

Robert attended Grand Valley State University for his undergraduate degree as well as his graduate degree. He completed his Externship year with Ohio ENT and was hired on as an audiologist in 2024. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Outside of the office, Robert enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, attending car shows, and hiking the Metro Parks around Columbus.

Sydney completed her undergraduate degree at Kent State University and graduate degree at the University of Cincinnati.  She completed her “Fourth Year Externship” with Ohio ENT and was hired on as an audiologist in 2022.  She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Sydney spends time with her husband and dog, enjoys traveling, collecting plants, reading, and playing bingo.

Kara received her undergraduate degree at the Ohio State University and her graduate degree at the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium. Kara has been practicing audiology for nine years, and enjoys working with adults and children to help them meet their hearing and communication goals. Kara is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology. Outside of work, she and her husband love attending sporting events, traveling to the National Parks, and exploring the great culinary scene in Columbus.

Dr. Spencer is a Tennessee native and earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee. Rachel went on to receive her Doctorate of Audiology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Rachel has recently relocated to the Columbus area from sunny Naples, FL and is loving the Midwest. In her free time, she enjoys spending her time outside with her husband and young son.

Hope completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi in 2015 and doctorate at the University of Memphis in 2019.  Hope joined Ohio ENT in 2024. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Outside of work, Hope enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, reading, exercising, and trying new restaurants.

Aubrey earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from The Ohio State University after completing her undergraduate studies in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. She completed her Fourth Year Externship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she gained extensive experience across the full scope of audiologic care. Aubrey joined Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians in 2025 and is a member the American Academy of Audiology. Aubrey is passionate about providing care that is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient’s communication goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and being with family and friends.

A graduate of Ohio State University BA, The University of Akron, MA and The Arizona School of Health Sciences, AuD.  Dr. Temsey has been with the company since 2002.  She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and is Board Certified in Audiology. She spent 6 years serving her profession with a position on the board of the Ohio Academy of Audiology.  In her 27 years of audiology practice Dr. Temsey has come to know several of her patients quite well and takes great joy in knowing she is helping so many people improve their quality of life through better hearing. Outside of the office Leigh enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, playing tennis and traveling.

A graduate of Ohio University and Louisiana State University, Kelly has been with the company since 2010.  She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  Outside of the office Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, listening to audio books, working-out, and attending her son’s sporting events.

Licensed through the state of Ohio, Carol has been with Hearing Health Solutions since 1991.  She has seen a lot of changes in hearing aid technology over the years.  Outside of the office, she enjoys her 8 grandchildren and the sports that they are involved in, traveling and spending time with friends.
